Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

At MeetNot, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under certain conditions within the specified timeframe from the date of purchase.

2. Credit Packages

For credit packages, a full refund can be requested within 14 days if none of the purchased credits have been used. If even a single credit has been used, no refund will be issued.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you can request a refund within the first 7 days of the payment date. However, if AI features (summarizing, analysis, etc.) have been used during this period, the refund amount may be revised based on the service used.

4. Refund Process

You can send your refund requests to support@meetnot.online along with your order number and registered email address. Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours.

5. Exceptions

MeetNot reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of violation of our terms of service or detected abuse of the account.
